Distilling equipment
Air Stills, boilers, columns and condensers, carbon and filtration, alcometers, parrots, thermometers, and the seals and cartridges that keep them all running — mostly Still Spirits and Pure Distilling, with KegLand fittings.
Before you buy, know where the law sits. In Australia a still with a capacity over 5 litres needs ATO permission to buy, own or use, whatever you intend to use it for. Distilling alcohol needs an excise manufacturer licence on top of that, and the ATO doesn't issue those for personal consumption. Water, botanicals and essential oils are a different matter.
If it's the flavours you're after rather than the process, the essence range gets you a rum, whisky or gin-style drink from a bought base spirit with no still at all.
