Pellet hops in 12 g, 100 g and 1 kg packs — Australian, American, New Zealand and English varieties, with the alpha acid percentage and crop year printed on every pack so you can scale bitterness to your recipe instead of guessing at it.

Kept cold and sealed until they go out the door. A 12 g pack is a single addition, 100 g covers a brew or two, and 1 kg is the one to buy once you've settled on a house IPA. Hops fade with heat and air, so whatever you don't use, put it in the freezer.
