The normal brewery strength is a 2% solution (20g per litre) mixed on COLD water. Please note the included scoop is 20-25g whether heaped or flat. We advise using a set of scales for measuring.

When using this product we really recommend you purchasing our heavy duty chemical resistant brewing gloves.
