Description

Carafa® Special Type 2 is a dark-roasted specialty malt made from high-quality spring barley. Where malt-based bitterness is not desired, Weyermann® Carafar® Special Type 2 is a  perfect fit.  As the de-husked version of Carafa®, it produces rich colour, body, flavour and aroma without the harsh flavours and astringency typical of dark-coloured grains.
1050-1250 EBC, 396-471 L, 533-635 SRM, Usage 10%

Packing Options:

– No minimum weight
– Orders over 4kg packed into multiple bags
– If unspecified, grain will come unmilled
