A cross between Cascade and Northern Brewer, Cashmere was developed by Washington State University and released in 2013. With higher alpha acids and humulene than its parent Cascade, Cashmere offers smooth bittering and texture to beers. It delivers a distinct, pleasant blend of lemon lime, melon, stonefruit and a subtle herbal bouquet. A unique, dual-purpose hop ready to balance a range of crushable styles.
