Product Characteristics: High degree of modification of both proteins and starches. Excellent friability. Low-glucan values. Highly acidic. Highly malt-aromatic. Adds deep-amber to red-brown color, maltiness, body, and mouthfeel to finished beer. Promotes flavor stability.
