Everything that goes in the fermenter — fresh wort kits, malt extract, hops, yeast, grain, brewing salts and finings — from Morgans, Coopers, Mangrove Jack's, Black Rock, Lallemand and Fermentis.
Start with a tin of hopped extract and a packet of yeast. Move on to steeping grain, then to a full mash, whenever you feel like it — the same shop stocks both ends of that, and everything in between.
