Base malts, crystal and roasted grain from Weyermann, Gladfield, Joe White Maltings, Simpsons and Barrett Burston — sold by weight, so you buy exactly what the recipe calls for. No fixed pack sizes and no minimum: order 0.4 kg of Carafa or 12 kg of ale malt, priced by the kilo either way, in 0.1 kg steps.

Every grain here can be ordered milled or unmilled. Milled grain is crushed on the day it's packed rather than sitting cracked on a shelf going stale — choose unmilled if you have your own mill, and if you don't pick either, it ships unmilled. Orders over 4 kg come split across a few bags so they're easier to carry and store.
